We were asked to design a garden room that met several needs. The customer had a young family that was fast outgrowing their home, and very much in need of additional living space. On occasion, it would also serve as guest accommodation, incorporating a shower room with toilet and sink.
To create the space within the garden we needed to remove an existing shed, so our design also included a storage room for garden tools, bikes, and kayaks. With underfloor heating and ceramic tiles throughout, the finished garden room was exceptionally comfortable – a great success!
