On recommendation, we were asked to design and construct a garden room to provide additional living space for the family, and room for entertaining. The customer was keen on sport, a passion not shared by his wife, so primarily, there would need to be room for a sofa and wall-mounted TV!
We were also asked to lay a sandstone patio forward of the front elevation – somewhere to place a table and chairs.
