On recommendation, we were asked to design and construct a garden room with patio area, somewhere to sit and enjoy the garden and views across Modbury to Dartmoor.
This build is for a keen artist, so a space big enough to include a desk and storage cupboards was an added bonus.
Accounting for extension work already completed on the house, permitted development rights were not applicable so we first obtained the necessary permissions from the local authority on behalf of the customer. There was an old shed on the site which we removed before levelling an area of the garden for their new room and patio.

- Western red cedar cladding, fascia, and soffit boards with matching corner trims
- Corner set glazing comprising of UPVC French doors, side lights and casement window

The whole project has been a joy. The team are so skilled, a pleasure to have around, and have an exceptional care for quality and detail. Our studio/summer house is an amazing space to be in and look out from, and we feel we've gained new space in the house. We couldn't be more thrilled. Thank you so much.
