To avoid the need for planning applications, the majority of our buildings have been designed to not exceed 2.5m in height and subsequently fall under permitted development rights. However in situations where this has not been possible, we have managed all customer planning applications free of charge and to date, have a 100% success rate in obtaining planning approvals.
On occasions, given the size, location and/or purpose, some garden rooms are subject to building regulations. In such cases we will notify and liaise with building control officers to ensure that on completion, you are issued with all relevant compliance certificates.
